Prices
The price includes attendance to the conference, workshops, and concerts, lunches and coffee breaks for the three days of conferencing, as well as dinner for the the first day.
- Early bird (before 11th of August)
- Discounted: 150 € *
- Full price: 350 €
- Regular registration (until 30th of August)
- Discounted: 175 € *
- Full price: 400 €
Registration and payment is handled by the host university TUB.
* Discounted price applies to students (bachelor's and master's students, not to PhDs), musicians, and independent researchers. The price only depends on the status of the registrant, having an accepted paper does not impact the price (in other words, full registration is not required for paper authors if they fall in the discounted categories). If you are unsure what price applies to you, contact the conference chair.
